Croatia Full of Life. Life like on Lombok flight

Being the ever informed and well-prepared tourists, we had taken into account that there are queues at the airports until half way to Tartu, so we arrived so early that even the check-in counter was not yet open. When it finally opened, the suitcases were dropped off in five minutes, and 10 minutes later we were already through security.

We ate some, walked to the gate, watched the suitcases being loaded onto the plane in the pouring rain, and imagined ourselves just a few hours later in 25-degree Croatia.

On the Warsaw flight, LOT offered lentil buns and rhubarb pastries. Pastry wasn't too bad and the flight was relatively uneventful.

The menu on the Dubrovnik flight was the same, and I can confirm that the lentil bun was just a dry bread with a bit of lentil filling. The crew barely got halfway on the plane with their bun and pastry wagon when we flew straight into the first turbulence and this tiny aircraft fluttered both ways. If it wasn't fluttering, it was in free fall. 20 minutes later, the situation had somewhat calmed down and the bund and drink distribution continued. They didn't even reach the 20th row with the drinks, before we met the next turbulence, which included even longer freefalls and more shaking.

After the second turbulence, we slowly started to descend and soon we landed in Dubrovnik.

We got our rental car and drove to the apartment. Went to a restaurant on the other side of the bay for dinner, checked that the local village store was closed and went back to the apartment to go to sleep.
