Go blue. New Years Eve and Day menu


So the readers wouldn't start thinking that Scott is the only one slaving his body parts off in the kitchen, here is the overview of our NYE and NYD menu with information about responsible chef.

From top left: breaded mozzarellasticks, prosciutto wrapped and baked mozzarellasticks, prosciutto wrapped and pan fried mozzarella with oven baked french fries (made by me), crostini with different toppings, green salad (made by Scott), creamy salmon pasta with spinach tagliatelle, french toast made of cherry-chocolate bread served with fresh raspberries and mimosa, lobster salad, baked apples with whipped cream (all made by me, except lobster that was baked by Scott).
