In the mornings here, we're offered six breakfast options from the menu – three Western sets and three variations from the Khmer cuisine. On the second morning, we decide to combine our own plates. For Scott it's pancakes with maple syrup as one of the three Western options, but that's clearly not enough for an American. He adds bacon, straight from the heart of an American breakfast set.
